Yoes, 2018
Yoes es el título que ideé para mi exposición individual en el Museo Barjola. Para pasarlo a imagen se me ocurrió hacerme una foto de mi antebrazo y mano derecha con los dedos pulgar, medio, anular y menique recogidos y el índice estirado, el gesto típico de cuando alguien dice con la mano levantada: Yo.
El título y la foto me sirvieron para diseñar la tarjeta de invitación y la banderola de la exposición.
Las tarjetas las distribuyo el museo vía correo ordinario, a modo de invitación, y también se facilitaban en el museo de forma gratuita
Yoes (“Mees”), 2018
Yoes is the title I came up with for my solo exhibition at the Barjola Museum. To turn it into an image, I took a photo of my forearm and right hand with my thumb, middle finger, ring finger and little finger raised and my index finger stretched out, the typical gesture when someone says with their hand raised: Yo (Me).
The title and the photo were used to design the invitation card and the exhibition banner.
The cards were distributed by the museum by ordinary mail, as an invitation, and were also available at the museum free of charge.
