En la 35º edición de Arco¹ opté por representar el rol de artista, pero no como el artista que exhibe su obra en la feria, sino como el artista que trabaja allí donde se encuentra. Para tal efecto llevaba un proyecto pensado, fotografiar todas las cartelas de obras expuestas, que se titulasen “Sin título”.

El resultado es 135 fotografías, 6 cartelas opté por no fotografiarlas, tres fotografías salieron mal y alguna cartela pudo habérseme escapado, no muchas, el recorrido y la búsqueda fueron exhaustivos.

Las fotografías se instalarán siguiendo el orden alfabético de los nombres, de los autores que en ellas aparecen.

Cuando las fotografías se exponen separadas del conjunto, cada fotografía se titula S/T, seguido del nombre del artista y de los demás datos obrantes en la cartela.

La coincidencia por primera vez en la Feria de algunas de las más prestigiosas galerías del mundo, hará de ARCO Madrid una cita única del calendario internacional.
A ello se suma su apuesta por los nuevos talentos del arte contemporáneo, con 98 propuestas dedicadas a uno o dos artistas, consolidando la Feria como un referente para el descubrimiento y la investigación de nuevos artistas.
En total participan 221 galerías de 27 países: 167 pertenecen al Programa General; 18, a Solo Projects, y 18, a Opening. A ellas, como novedad se suman una treintena de grandes nombres del galerismo internacional que conformarán el programa conmemorativo Imaginando Otros Futuros.

In the 35th edition of Arco¹ I chose to represent the role of the artist, but not as the artist who exhibits his work at the fair, but as the artist who works where he is. For this purpose, I had a project in mind, to photograph all the posters of the works exhibited, which were entitled “Sin título” («Untitled»).

The result is 135 photographs, 6 posters I chose not to photograph, three photographs came out wrong and some may have escaped my attention, but not many, the search was exhaustive.

The photographs will be displayed in alphabetical order of the names of the authors who appear in them.

When the photographs are exhibited separately from the whole, each photograph is entitled S/T, followed by the name of the artist and the other information on the poster.
